As 2024 comes to a close, I would like to share my appreciation to all our clients. It's our pleasuring serving you, and we look forward to another successful year ahead.
Additionally, I would like to thank the Empaxis team for all that they do in putting the clients' needs first. So many team members have gone above and beyond, and we're so thankful to have such amazing and dedicated staff.
Looking back at this year, it was both accomplishing and rewarding. Here are some of the highlights of this year.
At the beginning of the year, we opened our new office and subsidiary, Empaxis Hong Kong Limited, we now provide more localized service for our Greater China and Asia-Pacific clients.
To lead our Hong Kong operation, we hired Roberto Marinelli, Director of APAC.
Roberto is known for his "boots on the ground" philosophy, emphasizing the importance of local teams available to support clients where they are.
As Empaxis continues to grow rapidly, we need not only larger facilities, but ones that are best in class.
And as we've expanded our office space, we've made the necessary renovations to accommodate growth and attract/retain talent.
This is the case for both our Noida and Kolkata offices, as we have a capacity that can support the doubling of our 150+ team.
All throughout 2024, we greatly expanded our partnership network, establishing strategic relationships with investment operations and software providers, as well as wealth and asset management industry consultants.
These partnerships allow Empaxis to deliver a wider range and higher quality of services to our clients.
